Privacy Policy
Purpose Fit Life is a 90-day health and consistency challenge hosted by DCA Enterprises Inc. We collect only what the challenge needs.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), optional profile photo, personal goals, award selections, starting and progress measurements (such as weight, walking minutes, workouts and habit completion), check-in reflections and journal entries.
Who can see your information
You can see all of your own data. Authorized challenge administrators can view participant profiles, goals, measurements, entries, check-ins and competition standings in order to run the challenge, verify results and help with corrections. Your journal posts are private to you. Other participants can never see your weight, scores, rankings or private records. If you win an award and the administrators publish results, only your name and the award are shown.
We send essential account emails (verification, password reset, registration confirmation) and optional reminders. You can turn off optional reminders at any time in Account Settings or via the unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, export all of your data, or request account deletion from Account Settings. Administrative changes to your records are logged.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access is protected by secure sessions and role-based permissions, and sensitive actions are audit-logged.
